Externships
An Externship connects students and employers over wintertime break to provide exposure to a wide variety of career fields and industries within engineering. This one-day job-shadowing opportunity occurs in January before the commencement of the spring semester. During an Externship, employers demonstrate current projects and discuss possible career paths inside their organization. Students utilise an Externship to explore what a potential career tin expect similar within their major. By Externships accept included panels with visitor leadership, question-and-answer sessions and tours of workspaces. Virtual Externships will be bachelor as an option for employers to adjust social distancing guidelines.
Externship was an excellent way to get to know company civilization and experience what a day in technology looks like.

Employer FAQs
How are students matched with employers?
The matching process takes into account which majors the employers would like to invite. Once matching between employers and students is complete, nosotros send a list of students who have selected your company forth with their resumes.

How long does an externship final?
